2 cups of ground carrots
1 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 1/3 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
3 eggs
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350 ๐F.
- Beat eggs, mix together with oil, then sugar in a glass mixer bowl.
- Combine all dry ingredients and the wet ones. Add the ground carrots. Mix all together.
